Damaged, Misprinted, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error on our part, we are committed to making it right.

Customized Books: Please report issues within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Customized Items: Please report issues within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please email support@tellourstory.shop with:

Your order number (proof of purchase).

A brief description of the issue.

Clear quality images proving the error or damage.
To support our sustainability efforts, please do not mail items back to us. We process all replacements and refunds based on the digital images you provide. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Accuracy & Digital Products

Customer Errors: We encourage you to review all details before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds or reprints if the product is in good condition but contains mistakes (such as typos or design choices) made during the ordering process.

Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the files have been sent.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We will keep you updated on the status via email.

Partial Refunds: In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted at company discretion for items showing obvious signs of damage or errors not caused by us.
