At Tell Our Story LLC, we know how important your memories are. We work hard to ensure every book is printed to the highest standard and delivered to your door as quickly as possible.
Production Times
Because every book is custom-made on demand, please allow time for us to craft your order:

Standard Production: 3–5 business days.

Hardcover Books: May require additional time for the specialized binding and curing process.

Custom Guestbooks: Processing takes 1 week after you have approved the final proof.

Digital Products: Fulfilled immediately. You will receive a download link as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Express & Expedited Shipping: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Tracking: For your peace of mind, all shipping options are tracked and insured.
International Orders & Customs
Currently, Tell Our Story does not offer international shipping. In the future we may add availability to countries outside of the U. S, if we do you should keep the following in mind.
Shipping to our international storytellers may involve local Customs or Immigration agencies.

Duties & Taxes: Any VAT, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: While most international orders arrive promptly, delays due to customs or natural disasters can occasionally extend delivery times up to 6 weeks.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Tell Our Story LLC cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to carrier failures or delays outside of our control. However, we want to help:

Missing Packages: If your shipment’s transit time exceeds 21 days, please contact hello@tellourstory.shop. We will review the tracking and, at our discretion, may initiate a replacement order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives with a print defect or damage, please reach out within 14 days. As per our sustainability policy, do not ship the package back to us. Simply email us a digital image of the issue so we can make it right.
