What sizes are Tell Our Story guest books?
We currently offer guest books in executive (7×10) and plan to expand our selection to include smaller sizes.
What is the thickness of your guest book pages?
Tell Our Story guest books are offered in #60 white and vanilla pages.
About Our Guest Books
What makes a “prompt-driven” guest book different?
Prompts guide guests to share meaningful stories and memories rather than just signing their names. We discuss this in our article, “The Science of the Prompt.”
What kind of events are these books designed for?
Currently, we have specialized guest books for weddings and graduations available through our webstore, with options for customized books available through contacting us.
Can I see the prompts before I buy?
The prompts are standardized and a preview is available as part of the product listing. They can be seen in the product photos.
Customizations
Can I customize the cover design or text?
We will release versions of our guest books with customized text for events over the course of this next year. If you see a design that has custom text option(s), you’ll need to submit your request in the order details. Please ensure your spelling and grammar are correct.
Custom designs will need to be discussed with Tell Our Story’s team, available through the contact form. Please be as descriptive as possible with your request and a representative will reach out to you within 2 business days.
Do you offer different sizes or cover materials (e.g., hardcover vs. linen)?
Our only option currently is hard cover, however, we are looking into adding more options soon! We have standard book sizes, just let us know what you need!
Do you offer different finishes for cover materials?
We offer both matte and glossy finishes for our hard cover guest books.
Am I able to choose or write my own prompts for the inside?
Custom prompts will need to be discussed with Tell Our Story’s team, available through the contact form. Please be as descriptive as possible with your request and a representative will reach out to you within 2 business days.
Can I add photos to my guest book?
We will release variations of our guest books with an option to add an image. All images are protected by our privacy policy, we have the right to refuse your order if your image infringes on anyone’s copyright, is inappropriate, or for any other reasonable cause.
Order Processing & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my book?
Production time for orders is 3-5 days and shipping can take 1-3 weeks. Please allow up to a month for your guest book to arrive after ordering. Our shipping page has more information.
For custom orders, your book will go through processing. This may take up to 2 days. Afterwards, the production time is typically 3-5 days and shipping typically takes 1 week, but may take up to 3 weeks. More information can be found on our shipping page.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are only shipping in the United States at this time.
Can I track my order?
We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order is made.
What is your return policy?
